Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have a 9100 series printer, which is now asking for the setup cartridges after three months of working fine. It actually still has the setup cartridges in, as I don't print that often. I have tried a basic reset, re-installed drivers and tried brand new HP cartridges. Do anyone have any ideas? Thanks
