small exe File to the start scanner

Hello, can someone please send me the small exe file for my printer. I can no longer start the program. Printer itself works, only when you click on the symbol it no longer starts or the window for scanning does not open. thank you .

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

 Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

--->Select your HP printer.

--->Select Uninstall.

--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

--->Click on the Drivers tab.

--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

--->Select OK.

--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

--->Close Devices and Printers.

And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from software and drivers page

I removed the program from the computer and played it again. The same problem . I need this little exe. File. I've had the problem several times. Unfortunately, the German support was discontinued. That's when I got this little file. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me. Sorry .

After my own research on the Internet, I have now solved it differently. Have opened under programs HP there is: HP, a bin folder I have opened there appears HP scan application, I have dragged this onto the desktop. Now I can use the scanner again. Shouldn't be like that. An absolute programming error on the part of HP or incompatibility with Windows 10. Very bad anyway that this file is not opened in the main program on my desktop.
