Hi @Simbatia,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Wireless Network Connection
- Restart Your Router: Restart your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.
- Printer Connection: Ensure the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network and not too far from the router.
- Network Settings: Check your network settings to ensure the correct network is selected.
Update Printer and Driver Software
- HP Support Assistant: Download HP Support Assistant and use it to update the printer firmware and drivers:
- Download HP Support Assistant from HP Support Assistant.
- Run the app and follow the prompts for updates.
- Windows Update: Ensure Windows 11 is up-to-date:
- Press Win + I to open Settings.
- Go to Update & Security and click Check for updates.
Reinstall Printer Software with HP Smart App
- Uninstall Existing Drivers:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Printers and right-click your HP Envy 6000 printer. Select Uninstall device.
- Reinstall Using HP Smart:
- Download HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store.
- Open the app, select Set Up a New Printer and follow the instructions to reinstall your printer.
Configure Wi-Fi Settings
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- On the printer control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to your network.
- Static IP Address: Assign a static IP address to your printer to avoid connectivity issues.
- Open the router settings and assign a static IP address to the printer.
Reset Network Settings on Printer
- Reset Network Settings:
- On your printer control panel, access the settings menu.
- Find the Network or Wireless settings and choose Restore Network Defaults.
- Reconnect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
