Hi @Simbatia,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Wireless Network Connection

  1. Restart Your Router: Restart your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.
  2. Printer Connection: Ensure the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network and not too far from the router.
  3. Network Settings: Check your network settings to ensure the correct network is selected.

Update Printer and Driver Software

  1. HP Support Assistant: Download HP Support Assistant and use it to update the printer firmware and drivers:
    • Download HP Support Assistant from HP Support Assistant.
    • Run the app and follow the prompts for updates.
  2. Windows Update: Ensure Windows 11 is up-to-date:
    • Press Win + I to open Settings.
    • Go to Update & Security and click Check for updates.

Reinstall Printer Software with HP Smart App

  1. Uninstall Existing Drivers:
    • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
    • Expand Printers and right-click your HP Envy 6000 printer. Select Uninstall device.
  2. Reinstall Using HP Smart:
    • Download HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store.
    • Open the app, select Set Up a New Printer and follow the instructions to reinstall your printer.

Configure Wi-Fi Settings

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.
    • On the printer control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to your network.
  2. Static IP Address: Assign a static IP address to your printer to avoid connectivity issues.
    • Open the router settings and assign a static IP address to the printer.

Reset Network Settings on Printer

  1. Reset Network Settings:
    • On your printer control panel, access the settings menu.
    • Find the Network or Wireless settings and choose Restore Network Defaults.
    • Reconnect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.
