i can't get my printer to scan into computer

Hi @112257 

1. Please install the next software for your scanner:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SJ0001/COL117466/Full_Webpack-63.6.6364-SJ0001_Fu...

 

2. Once installed that software you can use HP SCAN

 

3. Then follow steps from the next video:
