HP Recommended

Need scanner software and driver officejet 5258, windows 11 x64.  The printer part is working well.

 

Tried the universal hp scanner software webpick 63.6.6364-sj0001_full-webpack.exe.  It installed but does not find the device.  I uninstalled and am looking for solution.  Thanks Dennis

Hi @Dennis277 

1. Please install the next driver for your scanner:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ5200/Full_Webpack-44.9.2759-OJ5200_Full_Webpack...

 

2. Once installed open HP SCAN and scan your document.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
