Hi, I just bought a new Macbook Air and am having trouble connecting it to my  Samsung Xpress M2070FW printer. I downloaded the Samsung Universal Print and Scan Driver provided here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/samsung-xpress-sl-m2070-laser-multifunction-printer-series/mode...

 

However it is not working and when I print, pages come out with random characters rather than the text that should be printed.

 

Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks

Hi @pandamystery 

You may need to restart printer settings on you Mac.

 

1. Please follow steps from the next video:

 

2.  Then install again your Samsung software for Mac:

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
