Hi,

I have made a back up of my laptop and now I have to re install the program of my Envy 4520 in order to be able to scan the documents. etc At the moment I am able only to print documents. and I not able to instal the app HP Smart from Hp web site. Are there any alternatives?

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer, then select Fix Scanning and follow the steps on screen:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
