salve,  vorrei sapere come disinstallare  hp smart ,per poi reintallarlo  , visto che è  installato ma non esiste su...  programmi e funzionalita... , e se lo scarico e installo  non compare ugualmente, però funziona ma non riesco a stampare da pc, parte come se dovresse stampare ma si blocca e dopo 5secondi sparisce anche dai ...documenti in stampa... non so se sono stato chiaro

Hi, I would like to know how to uninstall hp smart , and then re-install it , since it is installed but does not exist on ... programs and features ... , and if the download and install does not appear anyway, but it works but I can not print from pc, it starts as if it should print but freezes and after 5seconds also disappears from the ... documents in print... I don't know if I was clear
