sw version / driver HP Instant Printing for Win 10

I would like to use this print utility on my new Win10 PC

the software hangs up at the start and does not send date to my plotter

For Example:

"Instant Printing", when searched on the 'net, shows locations for having photos and other materials printed at a store or kiosk.  

HP manufactures many thousands of printers - which printer do you have?

Edits - Instant Ink??

If the "Instant Printing" to which you refer is the Print-by-Page Subscription Service - Instant Ink,

then see

HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

and / or

Find your printer - and maybe take a look at the information available.
