need phone number for HP so I may order printer software & driver disks for this printer.   laserjet Pro mfp m281cdw

online download keeps dropping offline

Hi,

The macOS Software is only available online and not on a Software CD.

 

Please try installing the printer again using HP Easy Start:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/MACOSSP/HP_Eas...

 

If it fails while connecting, please try HP Easy Admin instead to download the software:

https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c06164609

 

If the connection fails there too, I do suggest moving the computer closer to the router if the WiFi Signal quality is low as an example, or temporary connect to another network and try downloading the installation using HP Easy Admin then.

HP has stopped support on the essentials software and the new HP Smart APP won't work on my Mac OS 10.11.  How do I get a copy of the old Essential Software so I may use this printer again?
