Sure, I can help you get your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 working with Windows 11. Let's go through a step-by-step troubleshooting process to identify and fix the problem.
Check Basic Connections
Make sure the printer is turned on and has paper in the tray.
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected, or if you're using Wi-Fi, check that the printer is connected to the same network as your PC.

Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Click your HP DeskJet 3835.
Click Set as default.
Check Printer Status
In Printers & scanners, click your printer.
Click Open print queue.
Make sure there are no stuck print jobs. If there are:
Right-click them and click Cancel.
Try printing again.

Expand Printers, right-click your HP DeskJet, and click Uninstall device.
Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 for Windows 11.
