Good morning,

 

After resetting this PC to do a fresh OS install, I find out that most drivers (especially the ones dealing with the chipset) won't actually install as they should. Is there a reason as to why I now have to go through many massively annoying steps just to keep my laptop up to date? This laptop has a high price tag which now makes me wonder what direction HP is really going if they couldn't be bothered to keep their higher-end lineup of devices up to date. Update support is the most important step to ensuring customer satisfaction so if possible, I would like it if you could push out an update that will allow me to finish setting up my laptop.

I have the same problem and I cannot use the mouse or keyboard, and the technicians do not give answer
