Microsoft Windows 11

Officejet pro 9014e, i have just got this printer and when i go into EWS it says all the features are locked out to the administrator, how do i completely reset the printer to factory settings so i can make myself admin and change the password. due to this administrator lock some of the email settings are ghosted out and i cannot scan to email. Is there anything i can do to sort this out as ive searched internet with no results so now got a printer that can scan and send documents to only .

If this is a new printer, the default password for the EWS will be printed on a sticker. Not sure of exact location on this model. Download the user manual from support.hp.com.

In terms of a complete reset if needed,  YouTube normally is a reliable source.

Thank you for your reply repairatrooper, the printers is not new so I think I need to reset it, bit worried as on Internet it says if you do it wrong it bricks it.
