Dear HP Support Team,
I recently acquired an HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 printer, but I am unable to complete the initial setup because the printer keeps prompting me to install the “Setup” ink cartridges. Unfortunately, I do not have the original Setup cartridges that were originally included in the box.
I have purchased a full set of brand-new HP 903 original cartridges (genuine HP ink), but the printer does not accept them. After some research, I learned that the OfficeJet Pro 6970 model requires the special Setup cartridges for the initial configuration and won’t proceed without them.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed? If possible, I would appreciate your help in obtaining a replacement set of Setup cartridges, or alternatively, a method to bypass this requirement so I can use the printer with the cartridges I already have.
