Product: HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to set up new hp laptop with windows 11  to existing HP7310 printer/scanner which is on a network. Windows can find printer and able to print from laptop. HP print and scan doctor can find printer. Downloaded HP Smart to be able to use scanning function but HP Smart cant find the printer/scanner. Laptop can find network storage device on same network so why cant HP Smart find the printer/scanner?

1. Please try to install the next driver for your printer:

2. Once installed search for HP Scan and scan your document.
