trying to get a hp envy 6552e printer added to my hp printer plan paper

could not remover the old printer from the plan and could not enter the mew printer to the plan. the final note said the there may be a problem with their info and try again, which I did several times. wireless. I can print with the printer and it is connected to the internet also.
