HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Somehow, I have the same printer registered twice on my HP account. The serial numbers are the same, but one of them has four extra digits at the end of the serial number.

I'm guessing I must have tried to add my printer after a fault and used a longer serial number. Having two printers on my account (even though they are one and the same printer) seems to be affecting my printing, in that I can't print colour.

I have an Instant Ink subscription, so if I try to delete one of the printers, I am asked to cancel my subscription to Instant Ink first, which would be a pain (although I'm assuming I can set it up again with the same login details as previously used?)

Is there a way to delete just one printer, or do I have to close the whole account and start again?

Thanks
