Hi @Manny20
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Let’s get that HP ENVY 4527 connected to your Windows 11 PC. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Restart Everything
- Power off the printer, PC, and router.
- Wait about 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
2. Check Connection Type
- If using Wi-Fi:
- Make sure the printer is on the same network as your PC.
- Print a Network Configuration Page (via the printer’s menu) to verify connection.
- If using USB:
- Try switching to a different USB port and using a different cable.
3. Use HP Smart or Windows Built-in Tools
- Open HP Smart and try setting up the printer again.
- If HP Smart isn’t working, add it manually:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer and see if it appears.
4. Check Firewall & Driver Updates
- Disable Windows Firewall temporarily to see if it’s blocking the connection.
- Visit HP’s official site and download the latest driver for the ENVY 4527.
If these steps don’t work, let me know where it’s getting stuck, and we’ll dig deeper. I know tech troubleshooting takes patience—you’ve got this!
