My printer is not connecting to the HP+ account.

 

All options given by virtual assistant completed and issue has not been resolved.

2. Update Printer Firmware

  • Update Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve connectivity.
    • From Printer Control Panel: Go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update Firmware (or similar options based on your printer model).
    • HP Smart App: Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device and check for firmware updates under Printer Settings.

3. Ensure Printer is Connected to Wi-Fi

  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Verify that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
    • Printer Control Panel: Go to Network Settings or Wireless Settings and check the Wi-Fi connection status.

4. Use the HP Smart App

  • Sign In: Open the HP Smart app and sign in with your HP account.
  • Add Printer: If your printer is not listed, try adding it manually:
    • Tap Add Printer.
