Hello Team,

 

I am unable to configure web service for eprint in HP LaserJet Pro MFP M128fw.

please help me out how to configure that because I am not able to configure it from the mobile network and my organization network. I am already open my firewall ports 80,443 but still having the same error. I am connected with fast-ethernet to the printer i put static IP address 192.168.0.22 /23,

 

It only showing connecting like this please help me with that.

As the print does not print from the mobile device only, I suggest reviewing these guidelines for pint problem with HP ePrint, and to ensure your email meets the requirements for the service:
