It looks like others have faced similar issues when trying to download software for the HP Smart Tank 581. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check HP’s Official Download Page
- Visit HP’s support page for the Smart Tank 580 series.
- Ensure you're selecting the correct operating system (Windows 10 64-bit).
2. Disable VPN or Proxy
- If you're using a VPN, disconnect it before attempting the download.
- Some HP downloads may not work properly when routed through a VPN.
3. Try a Different Browser
- Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge instead of your default browser.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies before retrying.
4. Use HP Easy Start
- HP provides HP Easy Start, which automatically installs the correct drivers.
- You can find it on HP’s driver page.
