Hi,

To figure out what’s going on, can you tell me a bit more about your printer?

  • What’s the exact model name/number?

  • Are you hooking it up with a USB cable or over Wi‑Fi?

  • Which driver or software did you grab from HP’s site?

  • Do you see any error messages when you try to print?
