Product: officejet pro 8028
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

In the install wizard I get to the point of running the downloaded files and I keep getting the error message - 'unable to load config information'.

 

Please advise what I need to do next, thanks

Hi,

Try installing below software and drivers and check if you may see any difference then:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8020/OJP8020_Full_WebPack_49.3.4475.exe

Could you please add a screenshot of the error message?

 

On which exact step can you see the error? please describe the installation process and in which step it fails, to get any further ideas.
