Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dowloaded loaded latest software via HP .when attempting to install it begins the install info then on the third page page when I tick the the box agreeing to the terms of installing it reverts back to my download page.

Hi,

Try following the Setup once again, on the EULA screen click the 2nd link (Internet connection usage settings) and select No, Thank you for both of the two shown options, then press OK

Click the 4th link (HP Software to be installed) and ensure you only select the printer name, the HP Imaging Device Functions, the HP Solution Center and the IRIS OCR option (only if shown for your printer).

 

Confirm any change, accept the terms and check for any difference.
