I had to change my Wi-Fi network name, entered all info on the printer webpage. Got a message that the printer info not found. Now all is lost, can't re-install printer due to all is locked. Need help to reset printer to factory settings to start from scratch. NEED HELP A.S.A.P

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I Understand
It looks like your printer needs to have a reset performed to it.
This will reset the device to a factory state, but will not affect page counts, service IDs, or other static product values.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.
