Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently changed my internet provider and my wifi settings have changed, and I'm not able to unlock the settings from within the HP Smart app or on the printer itself.  I see from previous answers that I need to reset the printer completely - how do I do this?

Uninstall the current printer from printers and scanners and uninstall the HP Smart app.

Download and install the HP Smart App.

The app will install new drivers for your printer during the setup as new printer process.

Setup the printer  as a new printer by use of the instructions on the following HP web document

I am still unable to set up the new network. I can't find anywhere in the Smart App to do this. The printer screen is still locked. How do I reset the printer completely?

ou are not setting up a new network.

You are just changing the network and network address that your PC associates with the printer.

What you need to do is follow the instructions given by the document I provided.
