Hi @ekif,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To update the driver for your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776 All-In-One Printer on a Windows 11 computer, you can follow these steps.
Connect Your Printer: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Windows 11 computer through a USB cable or over your local network.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Click the Windows icon in the taskbar or press the Windows key on your keyboard to open the Start menu.
- Click on the "Settings" gear icon (looks like a gear) on the left side.
- In the Settings window, select "Windows Update" from the list on the left.
Check for Updates:
- Click the "Check for updates" button in the Windows Update section. Windows will search for updates, including drivers.
Install Updates:
- If any driver updates are found, they will be listed. Look for your printer in the list of driver updates.
- Click the checkbox next to the printer driver update (if available), and then click the "Install" or "Download" button to update the driver.
Restart Your Computer:
- After the update is installed, it's a good practice to restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
HP Support Website:
- If you didn't find an update through Windows Update, you can visit the official HP support website to manually download and install the latest driver for your printer.
- Go to the HP support website (https://support.hp.com) and search for your printer model (HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2776). Download the latest driver for your printer model, following the on-screen instructions.
Install the Driver:
- After downloading the driver, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
Restart Your Computer:
- As always, it's a good idea to restart your computer after installing the printer driver to ensure that the changes take effect.
Updating your printer driver through Windows Update is usually the easiest method, as it automatically searches for and installs the appropriate drivers. If Windows Update doesn't find the driver or if you encounter any issues, you can manually download and install the driver from the HP website, as mentioned in step 6.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
