I have purchased a used HP Deskjet 3755 printer and I am unable to connect it to my account. I have tried watching youtube videos on how to reset it but nothing is working. I have downloaded the HP Smart app > made an account > but when I click on add printer the printer will not show up on my end.
how can I add a used printer to the app as my printer?

Hi @rosaaa97,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue adding your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer to your account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Are you trying to add this printer to your HP Instant Ink Account? ( If so if the previous owner also had instant ink - they have to delete it from their account and only then you will be able to add it to your instant ink account.
- For a normal HP Account you may refer to this document: Set Up My Dashboard for Personalized Support
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello,
I have made an account and confirmed with the previous owner that she deleted it and completely deleted her HP account since she no longer needs it. I'm trying to connect the printer to my HP Smart app so i can print but the printer is not coming up.
