Hello Veromay,
Partial Reset:
Partial reset only refreshes the printer and deletes the unneeded memory. It is useful to solve minor importance problems, such as slow printing, cartridges errors, etc.

The reset was to restore Factory Settings and now I can not access any of the settings for wireless or other setup items because they are "locked by the Administrator"- Where do I go to gain administrator access and what are the factory settings for admin?

Thank you for your response. I still do not have the printer working. I kept having issues so did the complete reset. It seems to copy and print at the printer, but I am having difficulty with "Printer setup" with my Windows 10 Desktop PC . Is there a way to have the Control Panel Tools stay unlocked? I can unlock at each function, but I believe that may be the issue with running the setup software. ( I can unlock it individually with the admin password, but I continue to have difficulty with pairing the Desktop with the Printer). Any advice would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Veromay
