Hi @Sathish181,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is showing a "User Intervention Required" message, it usually means the printer needs manual action before it can continue. Here's how to troubleshoot it:

1. Check for Paper Issues

  • Make sure the paper tray is loaded correctly.
  • Remove and reload the paper stack.
  • Check for any paper jams or misfeeds.

2. Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Ensure all cartridges are properly seated and not empty.
  • If you recently replaced a cartridge, make sure it’s compatible and installed correctly.

3. Clear Print Queue

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer > See what’s printing.
  • Cancel all pending jobs.

4. Restart Everything

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reconnect the printer and try printing again.

5. Check for Driver or Software Issues

  • Open the HP Smart app or go to Official HP® Support to reinstall the correct driver.
  • Make sure your printer is set as the default.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
