Welcome to the HP Community --
Rats - you were scammed.
I've sent notice to our Moderator team.
Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.
===============================================
No matter where you landed,
No matter what you saw,
No matter how nice and safe it seemed,
You were never talking to HP Support.
HP does not free-post support phone numbers on the Internet.
HP does not Chat and pop phone numbers,
HP does not ask for your number so they can call you and "connect you to someone who can help".
HP Support accepts in-Warranty repair requests for HP devices:

Reminders - READ
Online Case Submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online
Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
Important
HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked. Old HP phone numbers – for example, those numbers no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions – might have been taken over by thieves.
Never post private information in the HP Community!
Do not be a victim.
Stay vigilant.

AND
HP will not try to sneak into your system --
HP Support follows very strict protocols for system access.
HP will never tell you your computer is full of bugs -- as a matter of fact, HP Support is not interested whether your computer is full of bugs.
AND
Any support number you find on the Internet,
Any number that pops-up on the screen,
Any number that results from a chat with an unknown tech,
Any number you are given,
And certainly any time you give out your phone number to any of the above,
It's a scam.
Some of these are far more likely to ruin your life than others.
