hp envy

ihave a hp envy 7640 all-in-one, seems to be out of warranty,  was so -9 years ago but hp has redefined warranty same as support—won’t even answer issues with prod serial number, redirects to phone on hold oblivion.. funny they had support unti at least aug 22. nownoteither.

other issues; instalink won’t work with non-hp cartridges

seems now to not work with non-hp paper,  locksmart paper?

can’t reinstall driver

wont answer phone..on hold forever,

- Let me know the complete issue that you are facing with your printer.
- Let me know if the printer is connected to Windows Computer or MAC Computer or Android Phone or iPhone.

- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer connected to the printer.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
