Product: HP Office Jet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I signed up for HP Instant Ink, but was running out and having to purchase HP ink from Office Depot instead.  No longer using HP Instant Ink, but printer will not print indicating "HP Instant Ink Problem"  Cannot print.  Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information.  How do I get my printer to return to its' old online connection?

Hi,

Have you purchase and replaced all 4 ink cartridges?

 

Once the service is cancelled any ink cartridge need to be replaced and can no longer be used, Instant Ink cartridges need to be returned and will no longer work after the end of the billing cycle:
