HP Smart -Tank 7602 Wireless printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart -Tank 7602 Wireless printer -   I cannot locate any info about the ink for this tank type printer.  (very frustrating - where is it?)   And is this printer still available (is that why I cannot locate about ink info)

I would appreciate learning what ink to buy (when the time comes) and how to fill the printer.

I'm not familiar with tank printers after decades of expensive cartridge printers.

Thank you so much!

(by the way, I don't own the Officejet J6480 anymore.  How do I change the name in my profile?)

Thanks for your fast, prompt reply!

Since the word "Cartridge" was used for the actual ink,  I didn't think this was for the Tank ink.

I couldn't find "tank" anywhere.

I really appreciate this info.

I'll assume 31 & 32 are the model numbers.

And that I'll find somewhere in the printer manual how to add ink.

Thank you very much, Repairatrooper!

I edited my reply and added the video on how to refill. Yes 31 and 32 are the cartridge numbers.

Really appreciated the reply and instruction.  That's good.

I'm just going to report this new question and then check with Customer Service next week.

Even that I purchased the printer in May after reading your reply I have only set it up this past week. I really like this printer. And it has all the features of my previous (OJ 6978) which are difficult to find in one printer.

I've printed maybe 20-25 print copies. Nothing elaborate.   Now I'm wondering about the amount of ink that came with printer.  The Black ink tank shows about 1/4 of it has been used this week.  (I filled all tanks to full.)   That seems like a lot of ink used.  Even if I printed 25-50 copies it seems like a lot.    Two of the colors are showing more used than I would have expected.

The description of printer states "up to two years of ink included".  I'm changing over to SmartTank because I've been so upset about the cost of cartridges all these years.  I was looking forward to the savings finally.

You can see each color tank facing forward on front of printer. I saw them fill up when installing (which was an easy process!).  And now I see how much is used.  It's great to be able to monitor.  But this is going quick.

I don't know if I'm missing another set or more of the inks.

Anyway, I'm sharing this here and will contact HP Customer Service under the warranty, and no need for a reply here.

And I thank you again for previous answers.
