I understand you need WIA driver for your printer.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Do you have issues scanning from the printer?

 

Please brief the issue completely to assist you better.

 

WIA is not a driver, Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) is a service in the Windows operating system that supports communication between the computer and scanners. If WIA is not activated, scan jobs can fail.
