have a officejet 7500 and the HP Smart brings it up but says its not turned on...and IT IS".....

I have spent two days doing all the things I could read about HELP! PLEASE

Please try to install the printer using the basic driver from the next link:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/Officejet7500_driver_Windows_installer

Hi @Pam220 

Ok, if that doesn´t work then you may need to connect a USB cable and Add printer manually in Windows.

 

1.  Connect a USB cable between your printer and computer.

2.  Add your printer in Windows, follow steps from the next video:
