HP Smart App (Recommended)

  • Go to the HP Smart - Microsoft Store to download the HP Smart app. This app includes both basic and advanced printing and scanning functionalities and is the recommended solution for most users.

HP Easy Start

  • You can also download the guided printer installation called HP Easy Start from 123.hp.com/setup. This installer will guide you to download and install the complete drivers and software needed for your printer.

Windows Built-in Driver

  • Windows often includes basic drivers that support many HP printers. To check for drivers:
    • Connect your printer to your computer with a USB cable.
    • Windows should automatically detect your printer and install the best available driver through the "Add Hardware" feature.
