windows cant find driver HP smart tank 7005

very frustrated

bought hp smart tank 7005

downloaded software hp smart

windows says cant find driver but can see the printer.

tried every fix on the net, uninstalled and reinstalled software and printer.

all to no avail Help Please!

Here's what you need to do:

1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list. 
2. Restart the PC
3. Close all programs
4. download only this complete package: HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver 
   Attention: File name: Full_Webpack-51.6.5453-SJ0001_Full_Webpack.exe (349.8 MB) < download takes a little longer!
5. Close all programs
6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the Full_Webpack-51.6.5453-SJ0001_Full_Webpack.exe
7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
8. Restart the System again
9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

i have previously put the full webpak on hoping this might help but it diddent.

anyhow as instructed did it again, took off the software and device,

restarted PC

installed the full webpack and restarted.

window comes up with dosent have a network profile,

then it says driver unavailable.

frustrated much!

i got so fed up with trying to fix the software problem with my old computer and windows 10

i went out and bought a new computer with window 11.

this is even worse with the rubbish software HP provides.

HP smart automatically installed and at least recognised the printer and did not say could not find a driver.

i ran a print job and it printed.

however went to scan and could not scan, so i downloaded the full webpack and then could not print or scan.

ran hp print and scan DR and could not fix it.

took off HP software.

ran troubleshoot with windows it gave me a fix and im printing but i do not have any HP software on my system 

i bought this product to print and scan how can i get it to work with HP software?

i would not recommend HP to anyone after this.

can you help me fix it or do i take it back to Harvey Norman and get a cannon.?

please help if you can this has not been simple or easy.
