I have just bought this printer and downloaded HP driver however Windows keeps saying that the printer is not connected  and does not reconise it.

Try printing directly to the printer using Wi-Fi direct.


Wi-Fi Direct can be used to avoid configuring the router. Watch this: 7605
Wi-Fi Direct is explained on page 30 of the User Manual, this Wi-Fi setup avoids configuring the router.
