Attempting to add a new laptop with windows 10 to printer. Lost wifi acess. Response:
Built in network capabilities have been disabled.
Can't reach the computer to fix. No network administrator, password

Thank you for reaching out to HP forums! It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand that you are trying to connect the printer to the network and is getting a message which says "the network capabilities are disabled".
I would suggest you perform a factory reset to fix this issue. I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
