Hi @HARDORW,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear you, this is a common issue when the printer works perfectly with mobile devices but not wirelessly with a laptop. It usually comes down to network configuration or driver settings on the PC. Let’s fix this step by step:

Recommended Fix

  1. Check Printer’s Wireless Connection
    • On the printer, print a Network Configuration Page (usually from Settings → Reports).
    • Confirm it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop.

  2. Remove Wired Printer Instance
    • On your laptop:
Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners → Select HP Printer → Remove Device.

  3. Reinstall Printer for Wireless
  4. Update Drivers

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
