  I have the same one and am so frustrated! I've cancelled instant ink, removed the instant ink cartridges and replaced them with regular cartridges, and my printer is still being held hostage.

What is the product number of your HP Printer?

When did you place a request to cancel the Instant ink service. Did you get any email confirmation.

Have you tried to disable web services and re-enable it and check if that helps.

Have you tried to login to your Instant ink account page and check if the account is still active/suspended/cancelled.

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details, so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
