I have been trying to set my printer up to print wireless again after it stopped working  Its telling me that my routor os the problem by blockng the mac address but after getting help with trying to sort that it has been found that the printer wont even come up on a list for it at all.  can the wireless stop working on a printer?  I can print using the usb still.  Im so confussed! any help would be great.

To assist better -

 

Please print a wireless test report and share the results -

 

Press the Wireless button and the Start Copy Black button from the printer control panel at the same time.

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?
