The printer supports Duplex (2-sided) printing on two standard paper sizes.

Standard Media Sizes (duplex, Imperial)Letter; executive; Not supported for borderless photo
Standard Media Sizes (duplex, metric)A4; B5; Not supported for borderless photo

What else?

  • What you can do depends on the printer model and the available settings for the paper size / type when printing Duplex / 2-sided
  • Check whether the printer is aware of the Paper Size / Type -- EWS - Tray and Paper and Default Print Options
  • The application or software impacts which settings are available for the current job and how they are selected
  • Within the application / software setup, the selected Printer for the job impacts which settings are available and how the settings can be adjusted.
  • Installing the full driver printer software ensures you have access to the full range of Printing Preferences
  • Printer Properties > Tab Advanced > Driver should be set the the HP Driver and not an IPP / Microsoft Driver.
  • Depending on the printer model (perhaps NOT this model), Printer Properties > Tab Device Settings might include a setting for "Duplex" - If yes, then "Duplex" must be set to "Installed"
