wont download driver software HP Envy 7640

I am needing to download the print driver software on my new computer which has Windows 10. I start the download process and it then tells me there is a problem, take me to a new screen which then wants me to select Country / Language. I click the drop down arrow and there is nothing to select. It will not allow me to type in the box either. I have USA and English setup on my account and printer itself. How do I get past this so I can download the software I am needing to print?

I understand you are trying to install the printer driver. Remove the HP driver from the computer.

Click here to download the full-feature printer driver.

If the issue persists, download and use the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store and check if that helps.
