workload being interrupted by cleaning page

Customer printing being interrupted by cleaning page message and running 4 or 5 pages, I guess cleaning the printer and then continue to print her workload, what can cause this and what can be done about it, any ideas out there, fully appreciate the help.

Misfeeding can cause this issue or paper size not set properly. The reason is that if the printer believes that it might have applied toner to the transfer belt that was not applied to paper, it will run a cleaning cycle to ensure that the next print image does not have any artifacts on it. Can also be cause when the pickup roller is worn and the printer tries several times to feed a page.

I replaced the feed rollers and separation roller, now I get 60.02 error or feeds and jams, I notice looking at another same model printer, that when I pulled tray 2, there is a part missing on the bottom of the tray frame, a white lever that I guess it senses the tray in and allows the tray to lift paper to rollers, the printer failing does not have such lever, could it be my problem? Please help, thank you in advance.

Also the printer works fine from the manual paper feed tray.

Let me clarify, when I said bottom of tray frame I meant bottom of printer frame where the tray goes in.
