Product: Officejet Pro X576dw
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

We got a notification that there's a firmware update for our x576dw, but it seems that the only supported operating system for the update is Windows. We're an all Mac shop. How do we update the firmware using our Macs?

Hi,

You may update the firmware throught the network directly from the printer front panel by following these steps:

Note: if the printers are connected via USB and not not connected to the network, temporary connect it to your router using an ethernet cable or wirelessly to perform the update.

Like with most things on this site, the link you provided doesn't work. I can't even seem to find what the latest version of firmware should actually be.
