I downloaded the drivers for my HPofficejet Pro 8610 to my Y720 approx 9 months ago. I didn't use it much and noticed an error today stating that my photos could not print because the printer was offline. I check the printer and it was connected. Just to be sure I turned it off - unpluged the power cord - waited 15 seconds - plugged it all pack in and restated the printer. Sill no connection. I then deleted the program from my computer planning on reloading it and starting fresh. Now the program will not load. I have read and completed the instructions for this issue in a 2018 post and unfortunately I am still not able to load the program.
Looking for any assistance to resolve this issue.
