Hi,
Try clearing the HP Smart app data and check for any difference, be aware that any printer will need to be reconfigured on the HP Smart tap, as well as any custom settings such as tiles customization.
From your mobile device settings select Apps and then HP Smart.
Under Storage select Clear Data.
Power off the printer and allow it 2 minutes, then turn it on and allow the wireless connection to establish, till the wireless light becomes solid lit.
Now re-add the printer into the HP Smart app and try printing.
