Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently got this printer form a friend. I got brand new ink and I have it plugged into a wall, as suggested. I have tried to clean and align print heads multiple times the past few days and they have all failed. All of the pages that are printing out are plank or have very faint yellow marks. Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem. Thank you for your help!

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
